Core Responsibilities

  1. Sales & Business Development

  2. Drive end-to-end sales cycle for IT & HRMS solutions (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing).

  3. Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  4. Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
    Pakistan, UAE, and Africa
    regions.

  5. Client Relationship Management

  6. Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.

  7. Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to highlight HRMS/IT solutions.
  8. Provide consultative selling by understanding client pain points and mapping solutions.

  9. Market Expansion & Strategy

  10. Research and analyze potential markets for HRMS/IT adoption.

  11. Develop entry strategies for international markets with a focus on
    UAE & Africa region
    .
  12. Collaborate with product/marketing teams to localize solutions as per market needs.

  13. Sales Operations & Reporting

  14. Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.

  15. Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts in CRM.
  16. Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
