Core Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
Drive end-to-end sales cycle for IT & HRMS solutions (prospecting, pitching, negotiating, closing).

Identify and pursue new business opportunities in
Pakistan, UAE, and Africa
regions.Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term business relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct client meetings, demos, and presentations to highlight HRMS/IT solutions.
Provide consultative selling by understanding client pain points and mapping solutions.
Market Expansion & Strategy
Research and analyze potential markets for HRMS/IT adoption.
- Develop entry strategies for international markets with a focus on
UAE & Africa region
. Collaborate with product/marketing teams to localize solutions as per market needs.
Sales Operations & Reporting
Prepare detailed sales proposals, quotations, and RFP responses.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline reports and forecasts in CRM.
- Provide regular market insights and competitor analysis to management.
