Position: Footwear Designer (Men's & Women's Shoes / Slippers)

Location: Karachi - Site Area

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualize and design new footwear collections for men and women (formal, casual, and slippers).
  • Research current fashion trends, materials, colors, and technologies in footwear design.
  • Select appropriate materials, colors, and finishes aligned with brand identity.
  • Collaborate with the production and merchandising teams to ensure design feasibility and cost-effectiveness.
  • Review samples and make necessary design adjustments before final production.
  • Maintain design archives, mood boards, and seasonal trend reports.
  • Ensure all designs align with market demand and target audience preferences.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Fashion Design, Footwear Design, or related field.
  • Proven experience in footwear design (men's and women's collections preferred).
  • Strong skills in sketching, CAD software , Adobe Illustrator, and material knowledge.
  • Understanding of foot anatomy, comfort, and durability factors in footwear.
  • Strong sense of style, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs70, Rs150,000.00 per month
