Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role related to the merchandising side of the business.

We seek an experienced and analytical Footwear & Apparel Production + Supply Chain Manager to lead the end-to-end production process from development through final inspection and delivery. As a key member of the leadership team, this role partners closely with design, sales, finance, and operations to align a sourcing strategy with the company's luxury brands and quality standards.

The ideal candidate is a detail-oriented collaborator with deep expertise in footwear and apparel manufacturing, possessing a proven ability to solve problems, deliver on time, manage vendor relationships, and ensure cost-efficient, high-quality outcomes in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications:

  • 4 - 8+ years of experience in apparel production and sourcing.
  • Strong understanding of US customs, international shipping lines and schedules.
  • Fluent English communication to negotiate with vendors, team and get things done
  • Expert-level Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Manage end-to-end seasonal production for apparel & footwear, ensuring timelines, quality, and cost targets.
  • Oversee vendor communication, purchase orders, WIP tracking, and documentation until delivery.
  • Build and maintain a vendor matrix aligned with design, quality, and margin goals; strengthen global supplier relationships.
  • Negotiate pricing/FOBs, monitor KPIs, and identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising quality.
  • Lead quality control, ensure compliance with brand standards and international regulations, and resolve technical issues.
  • Lead and mentor team members; liaise between design, sourcing, logistics, and sales to ensure smooth operations.
  • Manage overseas staff to ensure factory presence, quality checks, and on-time shipping.
