Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and confident
Business Communication Specialist
to support our US-based operations. The ideal candidate will be
fluent in English
, comfortable managing professional calls, and capable of handling client communication in a fast-paced environment. This role requires exceptional communication, attention to detail, and the ability to coordinate smoothly across internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
  • Communicate effectively with international clients and internal departments.
  • Maintain detailed call logs, client notes, and follow-up records.
  • Respond to client inquiries promptly and ensure proper escalation when needed.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support operational workflows.
  • Ensure all communication aligns with organizational standards and best practices.
  • Represent the company in a positive and professional manner across all communication channels.

Requirements:

  • Strong fluency in spoken and written English.
  • Confident in managing client calls and virtual interactions.
  • Prior experience in customer service, telecommunication, client coordination, or communication-focused roles (preferred).
  • Ability to work onsite during night shifts.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and time-management skills.
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.

Shift Timings:

  • 6:00 PM to 3:00 AM (PKT)
  • 7:00 PM to 4:00 AM (PKT)

(Aligned with US Time Zone)
