We are looking for a skilled Full-Stack Developer with strong expertise in and Ruby on Rails to join our team. The ideal candidate will develop and maintain web applications, build scalable backend APIs, and create interactive frontend interfaces.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and
  • Build RESTful APIs and integrate them with frontend applications.
  • Optimize applications for performance, scalability, and maintainability.
  • Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers.
  • Write clean, well-documented, and testable code.
  • Troubleshoot and debug issues, ensuring smooth user experience.
  • Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and best practices in web development.

Qualifications

  • Strong experience with Ruby on Rails and
  • Solid understanding of JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and modern frontend development practices.
  • Experience with RESTful APIs, JSON, and web services.
  • Familiarity with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
  • Knowledge of Git, version control, and agile workflows.
  • Ability to write unit and integration tests for both frontend and backend.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with AI integration, chatbots, or RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation).
  • Experience with GraphQL.
  • Familiarity with Webpack, Vuex, or Tailwind CSS.
  • Experience in deploying and maintaining applications on cloud platforms (AWS, Heroku, etc.).
