Join Our Team as a Field Manager for Toyota Sure (Central Region)

Are you a passionate and driven automotive professional ready to take on a leadership role with one of the world's most respected brands? We are seeking a dynamic **Field Manager** to lead our Toyota Sure (Certified Pre-Owned) business across the Central Region.

This is a critical leadership position for an individual who thrives on driving sales, mentoring teams, and ensuring operational excellence. You will be the central hub for our network of dealerships in the region, responsible for implementing strategy and achieving ambitious growth targets.

*Key Responsibilities:*

* Lead and execute the regional sales strategy to achieve and exceed targets for the Toyota Sure business.

* Ensure rigorous compliance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across our 3S Dealership network, guaranteeing a consistent and high-quality customer experience.

* Conduct regular competitor benchmarking to identify market opportunities and maintain our competitive edge .

* Train, mentor, and develop dealership staff to enhance their sales skills and product knowledge.

* Oversee dealer and regional marketing initiatives and lead-generation campaigns to increase footfall and drive sales

* Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular performance reports to senior leadership.

*Qualifications & Experience:*

* Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.

* 5-7 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry is a must

* Proven track record in a leadership role, preferably in used car operations.

* Strong familiarity with the used car market dynamics of Pakistan's Central Region is highly desirable
