Job Summary:

The Hunar Foundation is seeking a proactive and student-focused Student Relations Officer - SRO to manage student relations, admissions, and engagement activities. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for students, ensuring smooth communication, efficient administrative processes, and a positive learning experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main contact point for students, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly.
  • Handle registrations, follow-ups, and record-keeping to ensure a seamless admission process.
  • Conduct counseling, orientation sessions, and admission campaigns.
  • Coordinate with academic, administrative, and finance departments for smooth operations.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and ensure data integrity.
  • Build and sustain relationships with parents, alumni, and industry partners.
  • Monitor class schedules, faculty attendance, and training activities.
  • Support student placements and on-job training initiatives.
  • Plan and execute student engagement and recruitment strategies.
  • Organize outreach, promotional, and networking events.
  • Participate in internal and external audits and periodic meetings.
  • Contribute to institutional compliance and continuous improvement efforts.
  • Prepare reports and summaries with 100% accuracy.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Proven experience in student affairs, counseling, or academic administration.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and coordination skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse student and faculty body.
