Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Last Mile Supervisor based in Lahore. The Last Mile Supervisor will oversee and streamline the final stage of package delivery to customers, ensuring timely and accurate orders. Responsibilities include managing delivery personnel, monitoring route efficiency, resolving delivery-related issues, and maintaining effective communication with team members. The role also involves coordinating schedules, implementing operational improvements, and upholding company standards for customer satisfaction and service quality.

Qualifications

  • Strong leadership, team management, and conflict resolution skills
  • Proficiency in logistics operations, route planning, and transportation processes
  • Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficiency in using technology and tools for logistics and tracking
  • Knowledge of Lahore's geographical areas and local routes is an advantage
  • Previous experience in last-mile delivery or logistics is preferred
  • Ability to work well under pressure and manage competing priorities
  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred)
