Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and strategic
Senior Brand Manager (Amazon)
to oversee the performance, growth, and profitability of our brand portfolio across Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, EU, CA). The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, optimizing product visibility, managing advertising strategies, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Performance Management
- Develop and execute brand strategies to achieve sales, profit, and market share targets on Amazon.
- Manage end-to-end product lifecycle — from listing, pricing, and promotions to reviews and brand positioning.
- Conduct regular business reviews to identify growth opportunities, risks, and optimization strategies.
- Ensure consistent brand tone, content quality, and visual representation across all listings.
Advertising & Marketing Optimization
- Oversee
Amazon PPC campaigns (Sponsored Products, Brands, Display)
to maximize ROI and reduce ACoS. - Collaborate with creative teams to design and test impactful A+ content, infographics, and videos.
- Plan and execute promotional campaigns including Lightning Deals, Coupons, and Prime Day offers.
- Analyze advertising metrics to make data-driven adjustments and enhance visibility.
Product & Catalog Management
- Lead keyword research, SEO optimization, and competitor analysis to improve organic rankings.
- Manage variation listings, parent-child relationships, and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Coordinate with supply chain and logistics teams for inventory forecasting and stock management.
Analytics & Reporting
- Track KPIs such as sales, sessions, conversion rate, buy box percentage, and advertising metrics.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to present actionable insights to leadership.
- Monitor and resolve any account health issues including policy violations, listing suppressions, or suspensions.
Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Mentor junior brand managers and associates on best practices for Amazon account management.
- Collaborate with creative, operations, and customer service teams to align marketing initiatives and operations.
- Stay updated with Amazon's algorithm updates, tools, and policies to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
- 5+ years of Amazon brand management experience
, with proven success in driving growth. - Strong understanding of
Amazon Seller Central / Vendor Central
, FBA, and PPC advertising tools. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
- Proficiency in
Helium10, Jungle Scout, Data Dive, or similar tools
. - Experience managing international marketplaces (Amazon US, UK, or EU) is a plus.
