Job Description:

We are looking for a motivated and target-driven
Outbound Sales Executive
to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers in the USA market, promoting our services, generating qualified leads, and closing sales. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong persuasion ability, and prior experience in sales or call center campaigns targeting USA clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective USA clients.
  • Present company products/services effectively to generate interest.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls and sales activities in CRM.
  • Follow company sales processes and compliance guidelines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1–2 years of outbound sales or call center experience (USA campaigns preferred).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (neutral accent is a plus).
  • Ability to handle objections and close deals effectively.
  • Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
  • Willingness to work USA shifts (night hours).
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and target-oriented.
