We are seeking a Sales Executive Intern (Female Only) to support our dynamic sales and business development teams. This internship offers hands-on experience and professional training in the IT sales industry. The intern will play a key role in identifying new sales opportunities, assisting with lead qualification through cold calling, and contributing to the overall sales strategy. High-performing interns will be considered for a full-time Sales Executive position upon successful completion of the internship period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Outbound Cold Calling: Make outbound calls to potential clients to introduce InnovaTechBiz's services and identify new sales opportunities.
  • Assist in Lead Generation: Research potential clients and build a list of prospects through market research, social media, and other channels.
  • Prospecting and Outreach: Support the team by conducting outreach to prospective clients via email and LinkedIn, in addition to phone calls.
  • Qualify Leads: Engage prospects in conversation to understand their needs and determine if they are a suitable fit for our solutions.
  • CRM Management: Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system with accurate client data, call logs, and detailed interactions.
  • Sales Support: Prepare sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and other necessary client-facing documents.
  • Market Analysis: Gather market intelligence and stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and company services.
  • Client Engagement: Assist senior sales executives in managing client communication, responding to inquiries, and following up on leads.
  • Performance Reporting: Help create and update reports on sales activities and performance metrics.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align sales efforts with ongoing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Training & Meetings: Participate in sales training sessions and team meetings to enhance skills and contribute to strategy development.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Female candidates only (to encourage workplace diversity and empower women in tech sales).
  • A recent graduate or a final-year student pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • High level of self-motivation, a results-driven approach, and a strong passion for sales and technology.
  • Comfortable making calls to new people and handling potential rejection.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
  • Proactive, resilient, and eager to learn.
  • The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
