Role Description

The Finance Business Analyst plays a key role in ensuring the accuracy, efficiency and compliance of finance & accounts operations within the organization. The incumbent will drive ERP initiatives, analyze business processes, identify areas for improvement and advise/implement best practices to streamline workflow. This role focuses on driving process improvements with embedded controls, ensuring compliance with regulations and supporting the finance department with accurate reporting and analysis.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor / Master's degree (16 Years' Qualification) in Commerce/Finance with minimum 07 years of relevant experience OR ACCA/ACMA with minimum 05 years of relevant experience OR CA Inter with 02 years of experience after completion of articles.

  • The candidate should be proficient in accounting software, preferably Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Odoo and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel & Visio).

Candidates with experience in collaborating with third-party vendors or internal service departments will be preferred.

  • Candidates familiar with ERP implementation methodologies and experienced in ERP-integrated operations will be preferred.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accuracy in reporting and analysis.

  • Having ability to thrive in a fast-paced multi stakeholder environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
