To produce world-class beauty product videos that combine influencer footage, cinematic editing, and 3D/AI-generated visuals, rivaling brands like Maybelline, Huda Beauty, and Fenty.

This role blends videography, editing, CGI (Blender), and AI video tools to deliver seamless influencer-led content, product hero shots, and surreal campaign visuals for social, e-commerce, and advertising platforms.

Required Skill Sets & Tools

  1. Videography & Beauty Capture

  2. Experience shooting makeup tutorials, swatches, product macro shots.

  3. Knowledge of lighting for skin, shimmer, gloss, and glass packaging.

  4. Comfortable with DSLR/mirrorless cameras (Sony/Canon), lenses, and studio lighting.

  5. Video Editing & Motion Graphics

  6. Adobe Premiere Pro / DaVinci Resolve → advanced editing & color grading.

  7. After Effects → seamless transitions, kinetic text, particle effects.

  8. Beauty-style editing (flawless skin polish while keeping realism).

  9. 3D & CGI

  10. Blender (or Cinema4D/Unreal):

  11. Product modeling (lipsticks, compacts, serum bottles).
  12. Realistic materials (glass, metal, liquid textures).

  13. Fluid/particle simulations (lipstick smears, serum drops, mascara strokes).

  14. AI & Digital Influencer Integration

  15. Familiar with Runway, Pika, Kling, Sora (when available) for AI video generation.

  16. Basic motion capture/face tracking (Blender/After Effects/Unreal Metahuman).

  17. Integrating AI avatars or influencer doubles into campaign videos.

  18. Post-Production & Compositing

  19. Rotoscoping, green screen, background replacement.

  20. Layering live influencer footage with 3D assets.
  21. Sound design for ASMR-style effects (sprays, swatches, clicks).

Desired Profile

  • 2–4 years in creative video production, CGI, or digital media.
  • Strong portfolio in beauty, lifestyle, or high-end product videos.
  • Passion for beauty & fashion trends, with an eye for luxury aesthetics.
  • Self-driven — can manage end-to-end video projects independently.

This role requires you to deliver

  • High-quality makeup product hero videos for Instagram/TikTok/YouTube.
  • Digital influencer x CGI hybrid campaigns.
  • 3D explainer/hero shots (lipstick close-ups, serum drips, mascara wand motion).
  • Trend-driven content rivaling Huda Beauty / Maybelline campaigns.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs60, Rs90,000.00 per month
