Key Responsibilities

  • Shop Creation & Setup
  • Register and set up new Amazon Seller Central and TikTok Shop accounts.
  • Handle compliance, brand registry, and storefront design for each business.
  • Product Listings & Content
  • Create high-quality product listings (titles, bullet points, descriptions, A+ content, keywords, and images/video).
  • Optimize for search (SEO/keyword research) and conversion.
  • Marketing & Promotions
  • Manage campaigns including Amazon PPC, TikTok Shop ads, coupons, and influencer collaborations.
  • Track ROI and adjust campaigns for maximum performance.
  • Operations & Logistics
  • Coordinate product uploads, inventory syncing, and pricing.
  • Work with fulfillment teams (e.g. FBA, FBM, or third-party logistics).
  • Ensure compliance with Amazon/TikTok policies.
  • Analytics & Reporting
  • Monitor shop performance, KPIs, and customer feedback.
  • Provide weekly reports with insights and recommendations.

Skills & Experience

  • Proven experience launching and managing Amazon stores (Seller Central, FBA, PPC).
  • Experience with TikTok Shop setup, product uploads, and influencer marketing.
  • Strong skills in product copywriting, SEO, and content optimization.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce compliance, returns, and customer service processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple brands/businesses simultaneously.
  • Data-driven mindset with proficiency in analytics tools.

Preferred

  • Graphic design or video editing skills for creating product images and TikTok content.
  • Experience in managing high-volume e-commerce operations.
  • Knowledge of Shopify or other marketplaces (eBay, Etsy, etc.).
