We're looking for a
Marketing & Cold Calling Executive
who is energetic, persuasive, and passionate about marketing communication. If you have the confidence to talk to clients and the creativity to help promote our products, this role is for you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct
    cold calls
    to institutes, organizations, and companies to introduce Magma3C's services and products.
  • Promote and market our
    web platforms, LMS products, and digital solutions
    through calls, emails, and social channels.
  • Build and maintain client relationships through consistent follow-ups and professional communication.
  • Manage
    email and social media marketing campaigns
    (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram).
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to plan outreach strategies and optimize communication.
  • Maintain call reports, client feedback, and lead data in CRM or tracking sheets.
  • Support product marketing efforts for 2–3 company websites and campaigns.

Requirements

  • Minimum
    Intermediate or Bachelor's degree
    (Marketing, Business, IT, or related fields preferred).
  • Excellent
    verbal and written communication skills
    (English & Urdu).
  • Confident personality with strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
  • Basic understanding of
    WordPress
    and social media platforms.
  • Familiarity with
    email marketing tools
    (Mailchimp, SendinBlue, etc.) is a plus.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow into a business development role.
