Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Cold Calling Agent located in Lahore. The Cold Calling Agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients, generating leads, following up on prospects, and scheduling appointments for the sales team. The agent will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of call information and updating the CRM system. Additional tasks include handling customer inquiries, providing information about the company's products and services, and achieving daily and weekly call targets.

Qualifications

  • Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in using CRM systems and other sales software
  • Experience with cold calling and telemarketing
  • Ability to handle customer inquiries and objections efficiently
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Previous experience in Telesales or Customer Service is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent
