Sales Specialist

We are seeking a Sales Specialist with a strong background in international B2B sales and a deep understanding of tech solutions, including web, mobile, and custom software development. The ideal candidate should be confident in handling client communication, building strong relationships, and closing deals effectively. This role requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with a hands-on sales approach to achieve targets consistently.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and engage potential clients through LinkedIn, Upwork, and other international platforms.
- Generate and qualify leads for Web App, Mobile App, and Custom Software Development services.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand the client base and increase revenue.
- Conduct meetings, demos, and negotiations to close new business deals.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with internal departments (marketing, design, and development) for proposal preparation and project alignment.
- Prepare professional sales proposals, pitch decks, and presentations.
- Maintain a structured pipeline and report sales performance regularly.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 3–4 years of experience in B2B international sales within the tech or software development industry.
- Strong understanding of web, mobile app, and custom software development processes and services.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of closing deals and achieving targets.
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRM tools, and lead generation platforms.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Ability to work independently and handle the complete sales cycle.
- Strategic mindset with a focus on long-term client growth.
