The Role: Drive Growth and Own Your Impact

Join us in Karachi as our YouTube Growth Specialist. You won't just be executing tasks; you'll be the driving force behind our channel's expansion, with the autonomy to test new ideas and the support to master your craft.

In this role, you will:

  • Develop & Execute Data-Driven Strategy: Take ownership of our YouTube content and SEO strategy to significantly increase subscribers, watch time, and overall channel authority.
  • Master YouTube SEO: Conduct keyword research and optimize all video elements—including titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails—to maximize organic visibility and reach.
  • Analyze & Iterate for Growth: Dive deep into YouTube Analytics to extract meaningful insights, report on performance, and continuously refine our approach based on data.
  • Foster a Loyal Community: Build and engage our audience through community posts and comments to boost retention and create a dedicated viewer base.
  • Collaborate for Quality: Work with producers and editors to ensure a consistent pipeline of high-quality, audience-focused content.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:

  • A minimum of 2+ years of prior experience in international calling sales or international calling customer support, plus 2+ years in YouTube channel growth or digital marketing.
  • A proven track record of growing a YouTube channel, demonstrated by increased subscribers and watch time.
  • Hands-on skills in YouTube Analytics, SEO best practices, and editing tools (Canva/Photoshop).
  • Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to translate data into action.
  • The resilience and creative problem-solving skills honed in a performance-driven environment.
