Key Responsibilities

· Plan, execute, and report on internal audits across various functions, ensuring compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.

· Identify control gaps, assess risks, and recommend improvements for efficiency and cost optimization.

· Monitor and analyze cost structures, product costing, and variance analysis.

· Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial performance evaluation.

· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to strengthen internal controls and implement best practices.

· Prepare and submit internal audit and costing reports to company headquarters in Japan.

· Support management in decision-making through data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Requirements

· Master's/Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (CA/ACCA/ICMA finalist or qualified preferred).

· Minimum 4 years of post-training experience in internal audit and costing (preferably in the manufacturing/engineering sector).

· Strong knowledge of internal controls, risk assessment, costing methodologies, and financial reporting standards.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

· Proficiency in SAP and MS Excel.
