Beaconhouse National University (BNU) invites applications for the positions of Manager Admissions and Assistant Manager Admissions. We are seeking dynamic professionals with strong analytical and communication skills to strengthen our Admissions Office. The ideal candidates will possess expertise in data analytics, Excel- based reporting, and admissions management.
1. Manager Admissions
Lead and oversee the entire admissions life cycle with a focus on efficiency, outreach, and data-driven decision- making.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage the full admissions process, policies, and team.
- Liaise with schools & departments to align admission cycles.
- Represent BNU at education fairs, expos & outreach events.
- Monitor and respond to admission-related queries.
- Ensure smooth conduct of admission tests, interviews & merit lists.
- Oversee issuance of offer letters & fee challans; coordinate with Finance.
- Develop reports, presentations, and comparative analysis on admissions trends.
2. Assistant Manager Admissions
Support admissions operations with a strong focus on analytics, reporting, and student engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate scholarship applications & prepare analysis reports.
- Guide students/parents on programs, forms, and admission policies.
- Maintain one-window admissions operations.
- Prepare daily admission status updates and data reconciliation reports.
- Coordinate with software team for admissions module updates.
- Represent BNU at open houses, college fairs, and info desks.
- Assist Head of Admissions in preparing schedules, reports, and presentations.
Qualification and Experience:
Minimum Bachelor's in Education, Business Administration, Data analysis or related field with at least 8 years of relevant experience for Manager and 3 years for Assistant Manager in admissions or higher education management.
Skills Required
- Strong skills in MS Excel, data analysis & reporting.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and reporting skills.
- Excellent verbal & written communication.
- Team-oriented, detail-focused, and able to manage multiple priorities.
