Role Purpose:

To ensure accurate and timely management of the organization's financial obligations by processing vendor, statutory, and employee-related payments, maintaining reconciliations, and overseeing treasury activities. The role is responsible for managing banking and insurance relationships, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements, supporting audits, and maintaining strong financial controls to safeguard company assets and optimize cash flow.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process foreign vendor and group payments in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Manage bi-monthly and urgent local vendor payment runs.
  • Handle statutory obligations including customs duties, taxes, utility bills, and credit card payments.
  • Administer petty cash, record expense bills, and process employee reimbursements.
  • Record and process Full & Final (FNF) settlements, Provident Fund (PF) loans, and PF withdrawals.
  • Maintain accounts payable by cleansing aging reports and performing vendor reconciliations.
  • Conduct bank reconciliations, update E-Treasury portal, and maintain forex rates in SAP.
  • Liaise with banks for facility renewals, negotiation of charges, and management of account authorizations.
  • Coordinate with brokers for renewal of insurance policies on assets, stock, and other business requirements.
  • Support internal and external audits, ensuring compliance with control reviews and regulatory standards.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • ACCA, CIMA, CA finalist, or MBA in Finance/Accounting.
  • Proficient in SAP S/4HANA.
  • Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, or payables management.
