We are hiring Manager – Treasury & Capital Market Operations for one of our Banking client in Karachi.

Minimum Education
: Bachelors (preferably in Business, Finance or related field)

Minimum Requirement:

  • 4+ years of relevant banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of Treasury & Capital Market products
  • Good understanding of banking products & financial instruments
  • Knowledge of Islamic Banking and related practices
  • Excellent communication & analytical skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely & accurate settlement of CM, MTS, NPC/INPC transactions with proper accounting & reconciliation.
  • Manage settlement of trades on NCCPL, SBP, and internal departments.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (PSX, SECP, SBP, CDC, NCCPL).
  • Keep staff updated on latest rules, regulations, and SOPs.
  • Coordinate with brokers, CDC, NCCPL, Dealing Room, Finance, and other stakeholders.
  • Support and facilitate internal/external/SBP audits.
  • Balance system positions with the bank's core system daily to avoid discrepancies.
  • Act as backup for FX & MM Operations Desk in absence of unit heads.
  • Keep HOD informed on key departmental matters
