We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager (
Night Shift)
who will lead the planning and execution of content strategies for our clients with a strong focus on video content for YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and other digital channels. This role requires someone who can work closely with clients, guide our video editing team, and ensure the daily delivery of engaging and impactful content.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to build brand presence and traction on platforms like YouTube, LinkedIn, Meta and others.
  • Guide the team to repurpose long-form video content into engaging short-form assets (snippets, reels, highlights, tutorials, etc.).
  • Guide and collaborate with the video editor to ensure content aligns with strategy and client goals.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand requirements, suggest content ideas, and provide direction on what videos their teams should record.
  • Maintain a daily publishing pipeline across different online channels.
  • Research trends, competitors, and industry best practices to maximize organic reach.
  • Track and report performance metrics (views, engagement, leads generated) and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (design, social media, sales) to align content with overall marketing goals.

Requirements:

  • Proven
    2+ years
    of experience as a Content Marketing Manager, Content Strategist, or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of organic growth strategies on YouTube, LinkedIn, and social media.
  • Ability to analyze long-form videos and repurpose them into multiple engaging short-form formats.
  • Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
  • Familiarity with video content trends, storytelling, and marketing best practices.
  • Experience in working with creative teams and managing execution.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategies.
