is a fast-growing BPO company specializing in accounting, finance, and supply chain support. We're looking for a creative Brand Marketing & Content Manager to strengthen our market presence and lead content strategy.

Role Overview:

You'll be responsible for brand positioning, storytelling, and high-quality content creation across digital and client-facing platforms. This role also supports digital marketing efforts, ensuring all content drives visibility, engagement, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a consistent brand identity across all channels.
  • Create impactful content: blogs, case studies, whitepapers, and thought-leadership pieces.
  • Optimize content for SEO and AI-driven search practices.
  • Collaborate with the digital marketing team on campaigns (PPC, social, email).
  • Provide brand-aligned content for ads, landing pages, and proposals.
  • Conduct market and competitor research to refine messaging.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's in Marketing/Business/Communications (Master's preferred).
  • 5–8 years' experience in brand management & content marketing (IT/BPO/services preferred).
  • Strong expertise in content strategy, storytelling, and SEO.
  • Familiarity with CRM/automation tools (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills and experience in leading marketing teams.
