The Opportunity: Remote Customer Service & Lead Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional to manage essential customer relations and lead-generation activities. This is a crucial role responsible for being the first point of contact for many of our clients and prospects, playing a direct role in our continued success.

This position is fully remote, but candidates must be located in and authorized to work in the United States. Experience with the Southern California real estate market is a plus.

What You'll Be Doing

● Customer Calling: Proactively contact existing clients and warm leads to follow up on inquiries, provide updates, schedule appointments, and maintain strong client relationships.

● Customer Service: Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and occasional chat messages, addressing customer questions, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive, professional experience.

● Cold Calling: Conduct strategic cold-calling campaigns to identify and qualify new business opportunities and generate leads for our sales team.

● Database Management: Accurately log all communication and activities in our CRM system (experience with tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar is a plus).

● Support: Assist the sales and administrative teams with various tasks as needed to streamline operations.

● Proven experience in customer service, telemarketing, or a call center environment, preferably in real estate or a related field.

● Exceptional verbal communication skills with a clear, engaging, and professional phone presence.

● A self-starter mentality—highly disciplined, motivated, and able to work independently in a remote setting.

● Strong organizational skills and attention to detail for accurate record-keeping.

● The ability to handle rejection gracefully and maintain a positive attitude during cold calling.

● Reliable high-speed internet connection, a quiet workspace, and proficiency with standard office software (Google Workspace or Microsoft Office).
