About the Role

We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The role involves calling potential customers to determine their eligibility and interest in receiving free boiler and home improvement upgrades under government-backed schemes. You will be provided with clear criteria to assess customer suitability.

This is a remote calling role, requiring professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers politely and effectively.

Key Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers across the UK.
  • Clearly explain the purpose of the call and benefits of the scheme.
  • Verify customer eligibility against the provided criteria.
  • Accurately record customer responses and outcomes.
  • Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken).
  • Confidence and professionalism on phone calls.
  • Ability to work UK time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
  • Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
  • Previous call centre or CSR experience is an advantage.
  • Male candidates are preferred for this role.
