Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM (UK Time)
About the Role
We are seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The role involves calling potential customers to determine their eligibility and interest in receiving free boiler and home improvement upgrades under government-backed schemes. You will be provided with clear criteria to assess customer suitability.
This is a remote calling role, requiring professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to engage customers politely and effectively.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers across the UK.
- Clearly explain the purpose of the call and benefits of the scheme.
- Verify customer eligibility against the provided criteria.
- Accurately record customer responses and outcomes.
- Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times.
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken).
- Confidence and professionalism on phone calls.
- Ability to work UK time: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
- Reliable internet connection and quiet working environment.
- Previous call centre or CSR experience is an advantage.
- Male candidates are preferred for this role.
