We are seeking an ultra-proactive and highly organized Project Coordinator to support our busy and fully occupied Delivery Manager in overseeing software development projects. In this dynamic role, you will serve as the right hand to the Delivery Manager, assisting with all aspects of project coordination, client communications, and internal team management. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, able to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with both clients and internal teams. You should thrive in a fast-paced environment and be ready to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously.

This is a hybrid position, offering flexibility in work arrangements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the primary support to the Delivery Manager, helping to coordinate all project activities and ensuring smooth project execution
  • Maintain constant communication with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction
  • Assist in defining project scope, objectives, and deliverables, ensuring alignment with client requirements and internal goals
  • Track and monitor project timelines, risks, and deliverables, proactively identifying any potential issues and escalating as needed
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams (development, QA, etc.) to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget
  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including meeting agendas, reports, action items, and status updates
  • Facilitate internal and client-facing meetings, ensuring effective communication and follow-up on action items
  • Help manage project budgets and track resource allocation to ensure efficiency and cost-effectiveness
  • Support the Delivery Manager with stakeholder management and day-to-day operational tasks, ensuring projects stay on track

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field
  • 1+ years of experience in project coordination, preferably in software development or IT-related projects
  • Strong understanding of the software development life cycle (SDLC)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, particularly for client interactions
  • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, Asana, or MS Project
  • Highly proactive with the ability to take initiative and work independently
  • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies is a plus
  • Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and requirements
