Job Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Customer Sales Representative to join our team in the packaging industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing client accounts, and promoting our customized box solutions to meet diverse customer needs. This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, along with an understanding of packaging trends and customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers in need of customized packaging solutions.
  • Understand client requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions (customized boxes, branded packaging, eco-friendly options).
  • Proactively identify sales opportunities and convert leads into long-term partnerships.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotations, and product samples to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure packaging solutions align with customer expectations.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, including order processing, follow-ups, and after-sales service.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive client experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/software.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the packaging industry (especially in customized boxes/printing/branding) is highly desirable.
  • Strong negotiation, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to understand customer needs and translate them into effective packaging solutions.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45, Rs55,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Packaging (Customize Boxes): 1 year (Preferred)
