Job Description

AESOM is seeking a
General Contracting (GC) Estimator
with strong expertise in
civil and MEP estimating
for
US market projects
. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, skilled in cost estimation, and confident in client-facing roles.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead
    civil & MEP quantity take-offs
    using CSI MasterFormat divisions.
  • Prepare accurate
    BOQs, cost estimates, and bids
    for international projects.
  • Coordinate with
    clients in day-to-day meetings
    , ensuring clear communication.
  • Mentor and guide
    junior estimators
    , driving accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support management in
    bid strategies and cost control reviews
    .

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's in Civil, Mechanical, or related Engineering field
    .
  • Proven experience in
    civil & MEP estimating
    for
    US-based projects
    .
  • Strong knowledge of
    CSI MasterFormat standards
    .
  • Proficiency in
    estimation software & MS Excel
    .
  • Excellent communication and
    client-handling skills
    .
  • Ability to
    lead teams
    and deliver under tight deadlines.
