About Us

We are a fast-growing construction estimation services company specializing in the US market. Our team provides accurate and detailed cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial projects. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a talented and detail-oriented General Contractor (GC) Estimator to join our dynamic team in Lahore.

Position Overview

As a GC Estimator, you will be responsible for preparing precise cost estimates based on construction drawings and client requirements. You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate, timely, and competitive bid submissions for US-based projects.

Key Responsibilities

  • Review architectural, structural, and MEP drawings, project specifications, and bid documents.
  • Perform detailed quantity take-offs and material estimates using digital estimating software.
  • Prepare complete cost estimates, including labor, materials, and equipment for various scopes of work.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet scope, schedule, and client expectations.
  • Support the preparation of final bid proposals and ensure timely submissions.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and quality.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in construction estimation (experience with the US market preferred).
  • Proficiency in estimation tools such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or similar software.
  • Strong understanding of CSI divisions, construction methods, and material specifications.
  • Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans accurately.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience using RSMeans, CostWorks, or other cost databases.
  • Familiarity with US construction codes and standards.
  • Proven ability to handle multiple deadlines efficiently.
