Requirements

Education: Bachelor's in Medical Lab Technology and Masters in Microbiology, Biochemistry or laboratory related field.

Experience: 3–5 years in a clinical/diagnostic lab

Technical Skills:

Knowledge of lab instruments & procedures

Familiarity with ISO / CAP / QC standards

Lab safety & biosafety compliance

Leadership Skills:

Team management & staff training

Strong communication & reporting skills

Problem-solving & decision-making ability

Other Competencies:

Inventory & supply management

Documentation & LIS proficiency
