Maeme's Piri Piri, a rapidly growing international food brand, is expanding its technological frontier by integrating intelligent systems into its operations. We're looking for visionary talent to join our Islamabad-based innovation team as Senior Agentic AI Engineers, helping us develop and deploy cutting-edge AGI agents across a variety of business functions—from automation and customer interaction to intelligent decision-making.

As a Senior Agentic AI Engineer, you'll lead the design, development, deployment, and optimization of autonomous AI agents (AGI-level systems) capable of reasoning, planning, and executing complex tasks with minimal human intervention.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and ship production AI agents that run our operations, marketing, and customer care. You'll design planner→executor agents with tool use, long-term memory, human-in-the-loop approvals, and strict guardrails.

  • Build agents that read POS/Delivery data, trigger alerts, draft POs, optimise ads, and resolve complaints within caps.

  • Design RAG over SOPs/allergens; implement tool schemas & memory stores.

  • Ship APIs/services with logging, metrics, audit trails, and GDPR compliance.

Requirements:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related field.

  • Python (expert), TypeScript/Node (strong), SQL (proficient), Docker.

  • LangGraph/LangChain, vector DBs (Pinecone/Weaviate/FAISS), OpenAI/Anthropic APIs.

  • Postgres, Redis/queues, AWS/GCP basics, OAuth2/RBAC, Secrets Manager.

  • Shipped at least one agentic system in production with approvals & caps.
