We're looking for an AI Engineer to join our team and help build intelligent, autonomous agents and applications using large language models (LLMs) like GPT-4, Claude, or open-source alternatives. You'll work at the intersection of AI, software engineering, and product innovation — building agents that reason, plan, and execute tasks across APIs, tools, and databases.

Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and deploy AI agents using LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Integrate agents with external APIs, tools, and internal systems for task execution
  • Create workflows and pipelines that allow AI agents to act autonomously or semi-autonomously
  • Fine-tune or prompt-engineer LLMs for specific business needs
  • Collaborate with frontend/backend teams to integrate agents into real products
  • Experiment with frameworks like LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel
  • Monitor, evaluate, and improve agent performance and reliability
  • Research and implement state-of-the-art techniques in reasoning, tool use, and memory

Requirements

  • Strong Python or JavaScript/TypeScript skills or frontend frameworks)
  • Hands-on experience with OpenAI APIs or other LLMs
  • Familiarity with frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar agent architectures
  • Understanding of prompt engineering, embeddings, and vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate)
  • Solid grasp of RESTful APIs, Webhooks, and microservice communication
  • Experience integrating AI models into production applications
  • Curiosity, experimentation mindset, and ability to ship fast

Nice-to-Have

  • Experience with agent frameworks like AutoGPT, CrewAI, BabyAGI, or ReAct
  • Background in ML or data science (e.g., transformers, fine-tuning models)
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
  • Contributions to open-source AI projects
