As a
Senior AI Engineer
, you'll own the design and deployment of
agentic AI systems
that scale, adapt, and create measurable business outcomes. You'll experiment, iterate fast, and turn
complex AI ideas into production-grade systems
that deliver real impact.

What You will Do

  • Engineer
    agentic AI workflows
    using LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen and the like — designing systems that act, reason, and adapt.
  • Hack on prompts, optimize tokens, fine-tune models, and push LLMs beyond standard use cases.
  • Architect and deploy
    cloud-native AI infrastructure
    (AWS/Azure, Terraform, Docker).
  • Build
    data pipelines
    with SQL/PostgreSQL and vector databases for real-time intelligence.
  • Apply
    FinOps & API rate limiting hacks
    to keep large-scale AI systems cost-efficient.
  • Ship
    production-grade APIs
    and MLOps pipelines with speed and reliability.
  • Debug, monitor, and optimize systems — solving problems before others even see them.
  • Move fast, break things (safely), and leave them
    better, faster, stronger
    .
  • Collaborate with product and business teams, shaping ideas into
    scalable AI solutions
    .

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years in software engineering
    , with at least
    2+ years building AI/ML systems
    .
  • Proven record of
    production-grade AI deployments.
  • Hands-on with
    LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, or similar orchestration frameworks
    .
  • Fluent in
    Python
    , infrastructure as code (Terraform), and modern cloud (AWS/Azure).
  • Hacker's approach to
    debugging, token efficiency, model fine-tuning, and API optimization
    .
  • Experience with
    SQL/PostgreSQL, vector databases, and real-time data processing
    .
  • Deep knowledge of
    CI/CD, MLOps, containers, and scalable architectures
    .
  • Comfort in
    Agile/Scrum environments
    with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.
  • A curious, experimental mindset: you love tinkering, stress-testing, and improving systems.
