  • Plan, organize, and manage legal and compliance-related projects from initiation to completion.
  • Develop project timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Support in drafting, reviewing, and managing contracts, policies, and legal documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (HR, Finance, Operations, Compliance, etc.) and external counsel.
  • Maintain case files, contracts database, and legal records for easy accessibility.
  • Ensure projects comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist in compliance audits, investigations, and risk assessments.
  • Track changes in relevant laws and regulations, updating processes as necessary.
  • Develop and implement workflows, templates, and best practices for efficient legal service delivery.
  • Track legal spend, budget utilization, and vendor performance.
  • Prepare regular project status updates, dashboards, and management reports.
  • Act as a bridge between legal teams, business units, and external partners.
  • Facilitate meetings, workshops, and status reviews with stakeholders.
  • Provide training and guidance on legal project management tools and methodologies.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: Rs100, Rs200,000.00 per month
