Role Description

This is an on-site, full-time role based in Karachi Division for a Business Development Representative in Sales. The representative will be responsible for fostering new business opportunities, generating leads, maintaining strong communication with prospects, and managing the entire sales cycle to meet or exceed sales targets. Additional responsibilities include providing excellent customer service, building long-term client relationships, and collaborating with team members to support business growth initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Inside Sales and Lead Generation, with the ability to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Strong Communication skills, including persuasive and professional verbal and written abilities.
  • Expertise in Sales and Business Development, with a results-oriented approach and strategic mindset.
  • Proactive attitude, problem-solving skills, and capability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Prior experience in the financial or insurance sector is advantageous but not mandatory.
