Role Overview

We are seeking a
Technical Project Manager

to lead international software development projects. In this role, you will oversee cross-functional teams, manage client communications, and ensure successful project execution within defined scope, time, and budget. This is a client-facing, leadership role requiring a balance of technical knowledge, strategic thinking, and people management.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Leadership:

Manage end-to-end planning, execution, and delivery of multiple software development projects.
- Team Coordination:

Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure smooth collaboration across development, design, and QA teams.
- Client Communication:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients, translating business needs into actionable technical requirements.
- Agile Delivery:

Facilitate sprints, stand-ups, and retrospectives, ensuring Agile/Scrum practices are effectively applied.
- Risk & Issue Management:

Identify risks proactively, resolve blockers, and adapt plans to keep projects on track.
- Budget & Timeline Control:

Manage project scope, timelines, and budgets to meet agreed deliverables.
- Quality Oversight:

Ensure deliverables meet quality standards through reviews, testing, and stakeholder validation.
- Reporting & Documentation:

Provide transparent progress updates and maintain project documentation.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience:

2–5 years of proven experience managing software development projects.
- Technical Understanding:

Familiarity with software development lifecycles, web/mobile technologies, and integration practices.
- Project Management Tools:

Hands-on experience with tools like
JIRA, Trello, Asana, or ClickUp

.
- Methodologies:

Strong grasp of
Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall

methodologies.
- Client-Facing Skills:

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Leadership:

Strong ability to motivate teams, manage resources, and drive accountability.
- Education:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications (Preferred):

PMP, CSM, or other relevant project management certifications.
