Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Recruitment Manager
to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving global recruitment strategies, identifying top talent across diverse regions, and ensuring seamless hiring processes. This role requires strong leadership skills to manage recruitment teams effectively, along with hands-on experience in international recruitment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process for international roles (IT Hardware & Network Engineers).
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top global talent.
  • Manage, mentor, and guide recruitment teams to achieve hiring targets.
  • Build strong talent pipelines and maintain candidate databases for future needs.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and ensure smooth onboarding processes.
  • Stay updated with global recruitment trends, market insights, and best practices.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    4+ years of experience
    in talent acquisition, with strong exposure to international recruitment.
  • Proven track record of successfully hiring across multiple regions and industries.
  • Strong leadership and team management abilities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master's preferred).
