We're a growing recruitment firm helping companies secure top talent across industries. To support our expansion, we're seeking a
Full-Cycle Recruiter
who can own the process from start to finish, handling both
client engagement
and
candidate management
.


Your Role

  • Respond to client inquiries and build long-term relationships
  • Understand client needs, role requirements, and culture fit
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle: sourcing → screening → client submission → interviews → offer → hire
  • Communicate regularly with clients and candidates to ensure smooth processes
  • Close placements successfully while maintaining strong pipelines


What We're Looking For

  • Experience in recruitment or staffing with full-cycle ownership
  • Strong skills in client relationship management and candidate engagement
  • Proven ability to manage multiple roles and deadlines
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards
  • A proactive, results-driven approach with excellent communication
