Role Description

  • Maintain proper records of
    raw material stock
    (aluminium profiles, glass sheets, accessories, hardware, etc.).
  • Ensure accurate
    receiving, stacking, and issuing
    of raw materials.
  • Conduct
    daily/weekly stock verification
    and prepare consumption reports.
  • Minimize wastage and ensure
    safe storage & handling
    of fragile materials.
  • Coordinate with
    procurement, production, and sales teams
    for material requirements.
  • Supervise loading/unloading activities and ensure
    quality checks
    at the time of receiving.
  • Maintain
    inventory register / ERP system
    and reconcile stock with physical balance.

Requirements:

  • Minimum
    2–3 years of experience
    in store/inventory management (aluminium, glass, or construction industry preferred).
  • Knowledge of
    raw materials
    used in aluminium & glass works.
  • Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel / inventory software will be an advantage.
  • Ability to lead store staff and ensure smooth operations.
