We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Store Incharge with hands-on experience in SAP (Materials Management or related module) to manage the inventory and logistics functions efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate stock records, timely material issuance, and adherence to company policies for inventory control.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations of the store including material receipt, storage, and issuance.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records using SAP ERP system (MM Module preferred).
  • Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics departments for material requirements.
  • Ensure proper documentation (GRN, Issue Slips, Delivery Notes, etc.) and timely SAP entries.
  • Conduct regular physical stock audits and reconcile with SAP records.
  • Monitor stock levels and raise alerts for replenishment as needed.
  • Ensure proper labeling, stacking, and handling of materials to minimize damage/loss.
  • Implement and maintain 5S, FIFO/LIFO, and other inventory management best practices.
  • Maintain compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
  • Generate reports (stock status, material movement, aging, etc.) using SAP and Excel.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in a store/inventory management role, preferably in manufacturing or engineering sectors.
  • Proficient in SAP ERP system (especially MM or WM module).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80, Rs100,000.00 per month
