We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Intern to join our Project Management Office. In this role, you will assist with project documentation, progress tracking, and cross-departmental coordination. This internship offers a valuable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project planning, coordination, and execution while working closely with experienced project managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, scheduling, and monitoring project progress.
  • Maintain and update project documentation, reports, and dashboards.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure timely completion of tasks.
  • Prepare meeting minutes, project updates, and status reports.
  • Identify and report potential risks or delays in project timelines.
  • Provide administrative and analytical support to the PMO team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering (completed).
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of project management principles and tools.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment.
