IN THIS ROLE YOU WILL

Be responsible for overseeing network expansions and rollout delivery, coordinating and executing mergers, managing stakeholders and vendors, and ensuring project implementation plans align with business objectives.

Responsibilities also include managing project closures (PAC, NAC, FAC documentation and issuance) and ensuring comprehensive documentation of all network entities and activities executed during transformational projects—such as mergers, 4G/3G/2G macro and micro site deployments, core network projects, DAS installations, and COW site setups—as well as operational network projects, including Telco/Non-Telco, QoS, and other special initiatives.

HOW CAN YOU EXPRESS YOUR TALENT

  • Key contributor in the coordination, stakeholder engagement, implementation, and project governance of merger-related activities to ensure efficient and timely delivery. Oversee effective supply chain management for ongoing rollout and deployment activities.
  • Ensure the successful completion of multiple ongoing projects—including 4G/3G/2G macro and micro site transformations, network expansions, upgrades, new rollouts, core network projects, DAS & COW site deployments, network operational initiatives, Telco/Non-Telco projects, QoS improvements, and special projects—aligned with the Project Implementation Plan (PIP)
  • Lead stakeholder management across Internal Directorates, Departments, and External Partners for facilitation, integration, and support of project-related matters from initiation till the project closures.
  • Provide active leadership in quality control, standards, working practices, and continuous improvement with strict adherence to policies and procedures.
  • Oversee and manage USF (Universal Service Fund) projects under the Ufone domain through seamless coordination with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring end-to-end execution up to final audits.
  • Support VP PMO & Deployment in additional PMO-related tasks and organizational priorities.

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

Qualification

  • BSC Engineering / BS Computer Sciences, Master in Engineering Management / communications (Not mandatory but add advantage)
  • PMI Certifications

Technical Competency:

  • Strategy Roadmap
  • MergeCo understanding

  • Expert in Network Transformation
  • Understanding of telecommunications technologies
