- Perform daily balance and trade reconciliations for client portfolios across exchanges and custodians.
- Investigate and resolve breaks in position, cash, or P&Lensuring accurate trade bookings in the PMS (Portfolio Management System).
- Engage in real-time communication with hedge fund traders and operations teams to clarify discrepancies and operational gaps.
- Post manual adjustments and backdated trades as needed to reflect correct exposure and performance.
- Monitor operational flows and escalate issues internally to ensure fast, accurate client resolution.
- Collaborate with engineering, product, and account teams to improve tooling and client support processes.
- At least 2-4 years of professional experience in operations, finance, trading support, fund accounting, or audit.
- Strong working knowledge of trade lifecycle, reconciliation, and portfolio or fund operations.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
- Must be confident speaking live with international hedge fund clients.
- Experience or at least knowledge of working with any PMS, EMS, or reconciliation platform
- High attention to detail, comfort working independently, and ability to operate under pressure.
