We are looking for a Mid-level Project Manager who can bring clarity, structure, and momentum to our software delivery process. In this role, you'll lead projects with intent, ensuring delivery is predictable, teams are empowered, and customers feel truly heard. You'll work across functions to connect people, processes, and purpose — turning ideas into measurable outcomes. You'll also be expected to explore and integrate modern tools, including GenAI-powered solutions, to streamline workflows, improve decision-making, and enhance customer value.

Key Responsibilities
  • Plan and deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and on budget.
  • Collaborate with clients to gather, validate, and document requirements.
  • Create and maintain project timelines, tracking progress using PM tools.
  • Coordinate with developers, QA, designers, and other stakeholders for smooth delivery.
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks.
  • Conduct sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives to maintain delivery momentum.
  • Prepare and present status reports with clear, actionable insights.
  • Drive continuous improvement of processes, tools, and team workflows.
  • Evaluate and leverage GenAI tools to improve communication, automate repetitive tasks, and analyze project data for better outcomes.
  • Ensure project deliverables meet agreed quality, architectural, and security standards, working closely with engineering leads.
  • Actively uphold and reinforce the company's culture and values.
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Must-Have Skills & Tools

  • Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
  • Hands-on experience with release management.
  • Experience managing cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools (JIRA, GitLab, GitHub, Trello).
  • Understanding of frontend, backend, and API concepts.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Experience working with international clients.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with wireframing and prototyping tools.
  • Experience introducing or scaling Agile practices across teams.
  • Awareness of emerging trends in AI/automation for project management.
