Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Executive Chef role located in Lahore. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, creating and executing menu items, managing kitchen staff, ensuring food quality and safety standards, and maintaining inventory. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management on menu development and special events.

Qualifications

  • Culinary skills, including menu planning, food preparation, and presentation
  • Leadership and management skills to supervise kitchen staff effectively
  • Knowledge of food safety standards and hygiene practices
  • Creativity and innovation in developing new dishes and menus
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role
  • Culinary degree or certification is a plus
