Position: Quality Assurance Associate Manager
Location: Karachi
Role Overview:
To supervise and verify the Quality Assurance processes Dominos Stores as per DPI and Local Authorities Guidelines.
Contribute to new business initiatives and projects and review and communicate the impact on Quality activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Expansion of testing and monitoring procedures of product quality of domino's pizza outlets.
Creating, reviewing, and testing technical specifications documents and effective testing plans and test cases.
Visiting Supplier's Facility for Continual Improvement on Food Safety Standards.
Assist directly to Manager Quality during all the External Audits at all Regions as per DPI guidelines.
Conduct Food safety and NSF guideline related trainings to all region for stores and Commissaries.
Required Skills and Competencies:
Knowledge of food safety standards.
Can conduct FS audits individually.
Have a sound knowledge of Food safety certifications.
Can travel alone.
Basic knowledge about third party audits at stores.
Responsible AND reliable in actions.
Experience: 4 to 5 Years
Qualification: Bachelor's Degree in Food Science/Technology
