Role Overview:

We're seeking an experienced
Quality Assurance Manager
to lead and refine our QA processes across production, finishing, and packing. This role is critical to ensuring our garments meet global quality benchmarks and customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement QA systems and SOPs for knitted garment production
  • Monitor quality at every stage: Stitching, finishing, and packing
  • Lead in-line and final inspections, ensuring compliance with buyer standards
  • Train and supervise QA staff, fostering a culture of continuous improvement
  • Liaise with production and merchandising teams to resolve quality issues
  • Maintain documentation and prepare reports for audits and client reviews

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of QA experience in knitted garment manufacturing
  • Strong knowledge of AQL standards and buyer compliance protocols
  • Proven leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
  • Familiarity with international quality standards
  • Familiary with bundle tracking system
