Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position located in Lahore for a driven and customer-focused Sales Specialist. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for identifying sales opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Daily tasks include prospecting new customers, maintaining existing client accounts, and conducting product presentations and trainings. The role also involves collaborating with team members to create and execute effective sales strategies.

Qualifications

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to effectively engage with clients and address their needs
  • Proven expertise in Sales and Sales Management to meet and exceed performance targets
  • Experience in delivering trainings and presentations to customers or team members
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively, manage time effectively, and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools and sales software is a plus
  • Previous experience in the healthcare, wellness, or pharmaceutical industry is highly desirable
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
