We're looking for
fluent English speakers
to join our
Customer Support team
. If you have excellent communication skills, enjoy problem-solving, and want to work with an innovative tech-driven business, this role is for you.

What You'll Do

  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, live chat, and occasionally video calls.
  • Assist users with troubleshooting product-related issues.
  • Guide customers through product features and best practices.
  • Escalate technical concerns to the development team when necessary.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed support documentation.

Requirements

  • Fluent written and spoken English
    (C6+ level).
  • Previous customer service or tech support experience (SaaS or software-related preferred).
  • Ability to explain complex concepts in a simple, friendly, and professional manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.

Nice to Have

  • Experience using CRM or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk, Intercom).
  • Familiarity with SaaS products, e-commerce platforms, or API integrations.
